About issuance of delayed certificate

This delay certificate will be issued when a train is delayed for 5 minutes or more during commercial train operation.
*Only applies to train delays. Delays due to connecting connections are not covered.
Certificates of time and minutes will be issued in 5-minute increments up to 60 minutes, and will be issued in ``more than 60 minutes'' if the time is 61 minutes or more. Information will be updated as follows.
*Delay certificates for the first train to 6:00 will be posted around 6:00.
*Delay certificates from 6:00 to 23:00 will be posted for each delay.
*23:00 - The final delay certificate will be posted around 6:00 the next day. -
This delay certificate will post information for 4 days including the current day.

This delay certificate only certifies the delay of trains within the target range (*) below, and does not certify that we will compensate the customer for damages caused by the delay.
*Please contact each railway company regarding other company's line sections that are not covered. -
Please note that even if you are unable to use other means of transportation (train, bus, airplane, etc.) as planned due to train delays or suspensions, we will not be responsible for any compensation for damages.

Refunds for tickets, airline tickets, travel tickets, etc. made by companies other than our company will be subject to the terms and conditions of that company.

This delay certificate certifies the maximum delay time that occurred on our lines, and does not certify the delay time of individual trains. Furthermore, it does not prove that the customer has boarded the train.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce or copy this delay certificate without permission, or to publish its contents on a website, etc.

Airport line: Kitakyuhama - Sekino City
Ishikiri Line: Gakkentoshi - Edoba
Tozai Line: Etoba - Tokyo Bridge
